I called the salon to see if they were open no one answered. So, I called back and someone hung up as soon as they answered. I came in at 1:30pm the lady that does nails 💅 said the stylist will be back in 10 minutes. The stylist didn't come back until 3pm, at this point there was 4 people waiting for her. The stylist finally got started on my hair and as I was under the dryer she added more time to my drying time even though it was not needed. They do good work here and the prices are affordable. I will no longer be telling people about this salon after today's experience. I was the first one at the salon and one of the last ones out. I got out at 5:45pm which is after closing.
I have very thick, 4C natural hair and Sofia’s got my hair bone straight and it lasted for weeks! I used to go to Dominican hair salons when I lived in Buffalo and was so excited when I learned we now have one in Binghamton. I love that I can just drop in as well..hoping they don’t get busy too soon, selfishly 😝
